We specialize in all-inclusive wedding & reception packages, which take the stress out of planning your very special day. Our 3000 sq ft banquet hall with attached 30' x 70’ patio can accommodate receptions up to 250 people. The hall offers a bar, fireplace, dance floor and French doors to the patio, which is tented from March through October. Our chef and staff will delight you with their beautiful displays and delicious food. In the formal gardens, we offer a large arbor for the perfect ceremony backdrop -- or choose the patio overlooking the meadow and pond. You will find your perfect setting here for your special day. We also offer small wedding packages for a very private, intimate but elegant wedding. You may choose an indoor site such as the formal parlor, library, or the chapel area depending on the size of your event. Our coordinators can offer services to also include a local church service, and can plan your event for the weekend or one day. Our guest rooms offer convenient, elegant rooms for guests or the wedding party. Whatever your dream wedding and reception plans are, we can help. We have packages from 2 - 250 that can include a photographer, DJ, on-site catering of finger foods, buffets or sit-down dinners – with your wedding cake, cake service and coffee also included! We offer additional vendors and services for bridal brunches, teas, rehearsal dinners, horse & carriage service, limousine service and other special rentals. We can do it all!
The facility package that most of our brides and grooms chose is our basic all inclusive package for $3,500.00 --which is for up to 100 guests and includes the new 3000 sf reception hall with 10 tables & 60 chairs; laptop linens for these tables with centerpiece; china & silverware; silver chafing dishes; skirting for buffet, gift and cake tables; registry stand; unity candle stand; formal gardens with up to 100 white padded wooden chairs for ceremony; and the 30'x70' tented patio with 4 tables & 24 chairs -- all for up to 6 hours! Rehearsal time and a dressing room for bride & bridesmaids is also included! This package includes our DJ for 4 hours, our photographer with 200+ proofs and a keepsake wedding album, a parking attendant, wedding planner and a director for the wedding day!! The only vendors not included in the package are the officiate and the florist! It is a wonderful offer. Depending on the food package selected and between all the options available here at Magnolia Manor, a beautiful, elegant wedding with a ceremony under the arbor in the garden, followed by a wonderful reception with a delicious food buffet for 100 guests where they can enjoy the hall as well as the adjoining tented patio would cost approximately $6000 (excluding your florist and minister/JP). A great price when you consider what photography and DJ prices alone can be! We can offer such wonderful packages to our brides and grooms because we are a family business, and also, because we give all of our work to our great team of vendors, they give us excellent pricing -- a win/win situation for everyone! 
No time for a big wedding? Going to the court house? You can still make it a special day!! We offer a simple civil service in our small chapel room followed by a champagne toast and wedding cake; honeymoon for one night in our Magnolia Suite with king canopied bed, jacuzzi tub & fireplace; and a wine and cheese tray for the room.
